PENERAPAN STRATEGI RANTAI PASOKAN LEAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DALAM AGRIBISNIS SAYURAN ORGANIK: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS
Abstract
Rantai pasok agribisnis sayuran organik rentan terhadap pemborosan, keterlambatan distribusi, dan ketidakseimbangan permintaan–pasokan. Strategi lean supply chain managemen (LSCM) dipandang sebagai pendekatan yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan koordinasi. Penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan sistematis terhadap literatur sepuluh tahun terakhir mengenai penerapan LSCM pada agribisnis organik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip lean, seperti just-in-time, pengurangan inventori, kolaborasi petani–distributor, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hambatan utama mencakup keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis konteks UMKM pedesaan di Indonesia, dengan temuan bahwa pemborosan terbesar berasal dari inventori berlebih dan kerusakan produk selama transportasi. Temuan ini memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan intervensi logistik, pelatihan manajemen pasokan, serta adopsi teknologi pendukung yang relevan.
