Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Quality and Achievement Motivation on Community Participation through Public Trust in the Management Board of the Pinrang Regency National Awakening Party Branch. The research design used in this research is Correlational Research and path analysis with a quantitative approach to determine the direct and indirect effects on the variables studied. The population of this research is the core administrators and main cadres of the Pinrang Regency National Awakening Party. The sampling method for this research was carried out using the total sampling method used to select samples based on the suitability of the sample characteristics with the sample selection criteria determined with a sample size of 131 core administrators and main cadres. The research results show that leadership quality, achievement motivation and public trust have a positive effect on community participation in the Pinrang Regency National Awakening Party.
