As social media platforms become central to business-consumer interactions, issues such as transparency, sustainability, and data privacy have become crucial in shaping consumer perceptions and trust. The research focuses on how ethical practices on social media, such as clear communication about products, fair pricing, and responsible data management, influence the purchasing decisions of young consumers. Using a qualitative approach and NVivo software for thematic analysis, in-depth interviews were conducted with young consumers aged 18 to 30. The findings emphasize the importance of transparency in building trust, with sustainability and privacy protection also playing significant roles. The research design used in this research is Correlational Research and path analysis with a quantitative approach to determine the direct and indirect effects on the variables studied. The population of this research is the core administrators and main cadres of the Pinrang Regency National Awakening Party. The sampling method for this research was carried out using the total sampling method used to select samples based on the suitability of the sample characteristics with the sample selection criteria determined with a sample size of 131 core administrators and main cadres. Data were collected via questionnaires from 131 core administrators and main cadres using a quantitative, correlational design and path analysis. The findings reveal that both leadership quality and achievement motivation significantly and positively influence public trust, enhancing community participation. Transformational leadership traits—such as credibility, fairness, and motivational capacity—emerged as key contributors to public trust and active political engagement. Public trust serves as a critical mediator, strengthening the effects of leadership and motivation on participation. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed to collect data from MSME owners, with purposive sampling for sample selection. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for data analysis. The results indicate that service quality, pricing, and product innovation significantly and positively influence MSME sales. High-quality service enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty, which leads to increased sales. Competitive pricing, in line with product quality, is crucial for attracting consumers and driving purchasing decisions. Additionally, product innovation enables MSMEs to offer distinct added value, meet consumer demands, and expand their market share. The study highlights the importance of these three factors as key strategies for boosting sales and competitiveness in Gowa Regency. The background of this study is based on the increasing competition in the e-commerce industry that requires platforms such as Shopee to retain customers through superior user experience strategies, trust, and relevant value offerings. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 150 respondents who have actively shopped at Shopee in the last three months. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that the three independent variables, namely Customer Experience, Trust, and Perceived Value, have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Trust is the most dominant variable in forming customer loyalty, followed by Customer Experience and Perceived Value. All research constructs meet the validity and reliability tests, as well as discriminant validity, so that the model built is declared feasible for further analysis.
