KADAR GLUKOSA HATI DAN LEMAK ABDOMINAL ITIK DENGAN IMBANGAN ELEKTROLIT RANSUM YANG DIPELIHARA INTENSIF MINIM AIR

Abstract

Penelitian tentang proporsi glukosa hati dan lemak abdominal itik yang diberi imbangan elektrolit ransum telah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan 120 itik lokal di Kandang Unggas, dan analisis sampel di Laboratorium Fisiologi dan Biokimia Fakultas Peternakan Universitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh imbangan elektrolit ransum terhadap kadar glukosa jaringan hati dan proporsi lemak abdominal. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental, Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 macam perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah dengan memperhatikan imbangan elektrolit pada ransum yaitu R1 100 mEq/kg, R2 150 mEq/kg, R3 200 mEq/kg, R4 250 mEq/kg, R5 300 mEq/kg, R6 350 mEq/kg. Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan metode kontras orthogonal. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa imbangan elektrolit ransum memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kadar glukosa hati R1(13,93) , R2 (15.02), R3( 16.46), R4 (16.87), R5 (17.05) dan R6 (17.13), namun tak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap lemak abdominal R5 (0.43%), R2 (0.44%), R6 (0.57%), R3 (0.60%), R1 (0.67%) dan R4 (0.72%).
