Abstract

Abstract: Improving employee competency is crucial for building a competitive business within a company. The purpose of this study is to assess the extent to which HR training and development impact employee performance at PT. Bina Pertiwi. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Research findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between HR training and development and long-term employee performance improvement. This study demonstrates that optimizing HR research and development directly contributes to improving employee performance within the company. Furthermore, employees become more confident in performing the tasks assigned by the company. This study provides guidance for companies in designing training relevant to each employee's competency.
