Penggunaan dsRNA Protein Permukaan Vp19 dengan Dosis Berbeda untuk Pengendalian Infeksi WSSV pada Udang Vaname Penaeus vannamei
Abstract
Pengaruh berbagai dosis rumput laut Kappaphycus alvareszii fermentasi terhadap repon kepiting bakau (Scylla olivacea). Rumput laut merupakan alternatif bahan baku pakan yang berfungsi sebagai binder dan sumber karbohidrat, tinggi serat dalam rumput laut dapat diatasi dengan fermentasi. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk menentukan konsentrasi rumput laut K. alvarezii fermentasi sebagai sumber karbohidrat dan binder dalam pakan terhadap respon kepiting bakau (S. olivacea) untuk produksi kepiting cangkang lunak. Penelitian ini didesain dalam metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakukan dosis dan 3 ulangan K. alvarezii yaitu A (9%), B (14%), C (19%), D (24%). Selama penelitian, kepiting dipelihara secara individu dalam yang yang diletakkan pada rakit dari pipa paralon yang ditempatkan pada tambak air payau dengan kedalaman 100 cm. Hasil pengujian respon kepiting dengan berbagai dosis tepung rumput laut K. alvarezii fermentasi menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh pada setiap perlakuan. Pertumbuhan bobot mutlak berkisar 17,68±7,44-18,67±8,85 g dan pertumbuhan lebar karapas 6,66±2,37-8,30±1,81 mm, persentasi molting berkisar 11,00±3,46-38,00±16,62%, konsumsi pakan 60,62±34,36-93,69±25,75%, dan efesiensi pakan 22.37±12,81-39,72±24,95%.
