Abstract

This research aims to analize strategies for increasing accessibility of population administration services for vulnerable populations and to examine supporting factors for strategies for increasing accessibility of administrative services for vulnarible populations at the Wajo Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. And using descriptive research with a ualitative approach.

The results of the research show that the strategy to increase the accessibility of population administration services for vulnerable pupulations service and the civil registry, institutionally has been able to increase the accessibilittive services for vulnerable grups such as the eldery, people with disabilityes and people living in ramote areas, this strategy includes innovative forms of pick-up and drop-off services, digitalization and partnership mechanisms between instution that have been running well, Meanwhile, supporting factors in building a strategy to increase the accessibility of population administration services for vulnerable populations, by reffering to the four main variables in the policy implementation model, have been able to influence the success of the program to increase service accessibility well. Meanwhile, the real inhibiting factors faced in the form of the disposition of implementers, the exsternal environment, limited tecknological mastery of vulnerable populations and community participation with awareness of their identity as well as socialcultural barriers still appeart to be lacking.
